You can emulate it with a Rule but there are some downsides to that -
Outlook must be running 24/7 with an internet connection 24/7 and you must
make sure that your rule does not reply to spam.

The 24/7 issues are no problem; it's the spam that I worry
about. How do I use a Rule to emulate it? Do you know of
any third party software that would do it, and maybe take
care of the spam?
