I'm reading all the post on this subject and I'm still having a problem;
I've gone to rule wizard, I've applied the rule to any email with my name in the To, CC field, I created the template. I have it set for unread messages.
Now when I go to run now nothing happens, so I'm not sure if it's even working. I've had a co-worker email me the reply email they received was empty. What could be causing this?
