Auto-run rule?

Is there any way to have a rule run automatically on a
timetable (eg have it run once at week, at the end of the
day on Friday) as opposed to having it run constantly?

I know you can just open the Rules Wizard and choose Run
Now, but I was just wondering if there was any way to
automate it.
