Hello All,
I am using Outlook 2002. I have created a signature for
myself. When I create a new email message, the signature
appears fine.
However, if someone write to me in plain text format and I
try to reply, Outlook 2002 uses plain text for me. The
signature also changes to plain text and all formatting
lost.
I have looked into OL2002 in knowledge base, and tried
changing the default message to html format, rich text. I
am using Word and editor also.
None of these help. In Outlook 2000, the editor does not
use the format of the incoming message if I do a reply.
But in Outlook 2002, the incoming message format overrides
everything.
Thanks in advance
