auto signatures with OWA

Is there a way to have auto signatures attached to OWA messages. There used to be a utility called autosig.reg that could do this on Win9x machines but I am now using Outlook 2002 and 2003 with Win XP form a Win 2000 exchange server

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange not Outlook.
