Auto Suggest problems, no .NK2 files

Whenever I close Outlook and then reopen it, I lose my auto suggest email
names. They are simply gone. I did a search and a manual explorer search for
..NK2 files as suggested, and nothing shows. When I explore C:\documents and
settings\myprofilename\application date\microsoft\outlook it shows no .nk2
files at all, only MS Exchange settings and some other .srs and .rhc files,
etc. Am I set up wrong? Auto suggest works for only the current session, not
multi sessions.

NK2 files are hidden. If you are using autocompletion, you have an NK2 file.

I went through the procedure for viewing hidden files. Is there something
else I can do to, something I may be missing? Thanks for the reply, I
appreciate it.

Not sure how even viewing your NK2 files will help you. If your
autocompletion entries are not being saved from one session to the next,
your problem is either that Outlook is not exiting completely between
sessions (which is when data is actually written to the file) or that you
have a corrupt profile. If you can verify that Outlook is exiting
completely, then create a new profile.
