Auto switch outgoing mail server when use different ISP

Hi All,

I have a client with XP machine, MS Outlook2000 client use cable internet
and dialup connection from different ISP. Normally, when he switch between
Cable(LAN), and dialup connection, He need to re-configure the Outgoing Mail
server point to the different host name(cable and dialup are not the same
ISP). Is there a way to configure the machine that when he switch the Cable
and dialup, it will automatically point to the right Outgoing Mail server
without manually change in the outlook setting?
