autoarchive & flagged mails

Hi,

Is there a possibility to NOT have the AutoArchive function archive certain
messages (that are flagged) ? I would like to keep the messages I flag for
follow-up in their original folder, so not have them archived.

Can I do this with autoarchive, or do I need something more 'exotic'?
