Autofill in Outlook 2000

I use Outlook 2000 for email and recently changed computers. Auto fill is not working when I key in the first 3 letters of persons email in the "TO:" category. Previously worked on other computer and cannot find a place to activate this setting. Thank you.

Outlook needs to build a cache of entries for autoresolution to work.
