After looking at the contacts history further, it looks like some contacts
that have been there for years have simply stopped autolinking. The one I am
most familiar with has changed addresses, and all autolinking stopped when
the address was changed.
I have run autolinking, so I don't understand why it does not work. On
other contacts, its works fine.
