Automaiticly move from one cell to the next

Need to automatically move from one cell to the next after
entering data in a cell. Using a worksheet to scan in
receipts as the are being offloaded from a truck but don't
want to return to the pc and press the tab key after each
entry.

Are you doing something like scanning bar codes with a hardware interface that
sends the data from your want to Excel? If so, you need your IT people to
create a barcode that Excel will recognize as the TAB or ENTER key. Tape that
to something that you have with you (a clipboard, maybe?) so you can scan it
after you've scanned the receipt.

You should be able to configure the scanner to automatically append a
CR/LF or a Tab at the end of each scan. The user manual most likely
contains a number of barcodes that you scan to set the configuration.
