Automate CTL + '

Is there a way I can automate the CTL + ' function in
Access. I have 5 text boxes which I would like to copy the
values from the previous records and I just wanted to make
things a little faster. I don't want to use the Default
Value because my values will change from day to day.

Why not set the default value for the textboxes in the after update event.
Then new records will have the most recently entered values.
