Automatic addressing

Maryann L.

When you send an email to someone, Outlook "remembers"
that email address and keeps it somewhere. Now, I have
entered another email address for that person in my
contacts list, but the default always comes up as that
original address, and I can't figure out where it is
stored so I can delete it. I'm always sending emails to
the wrong address for this person, and want to delete
that "remembered" address -and probably many others that I
sent an email to one time only.

Anyone know how?

Thanks!

Just highlighting the bad entry when it pops up, and then pressing
delete, should work. Right-clicking doesn't seem to work (I just tested
it).
