Automatic E-Mail Deletions.

I have a user who is having her e-mail messages
automatically delete as soon as she reads them. Since
they do not show up in her "deleted items" folder I have
to consider they are permanately deleted.

I turned off the auto archiving features, but no changes.

Have you checked the View, it may be set to Unread Messages in which case
you should change it to All Messages.
