Tools-Inbox Assistant - but that option will only be there if you connect to
Exchange Server.....

But that means leaving your machine on 24/7, with Outlook running 24/7 and
an internet connection 24/7. It also means that ALL spam will be replied to!

you set the rule to answer to only people in your contacts. Or that

you've allowed.

Please quote the post you are replying to - the web interface does this
automatically for you ; As your reply is FOURTEEN hours after mine, I only
realised you were replying to me by chance.
