Automatic Footer?

When saving a document in word is it possible to have a footer automatically inserted at the bottom of the page displaying information of where the document is saved

For example

Kdrive/Primary care/Practices/GP letter 040604

View + Header and Footer, select footer, press Ctrl + F9 this will insert {} and within the braces type FILENAME \
press ALT + F9 name and path should appear

Press F9 instead of Alt-F9.

You can even create a template that has this footer in it already. (Don't
add it to normal.dot.) Then use your template to create new documents.

For more on the different kinds of templates and locations of templates
folders see http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm.

1. View | Header and Footer. This opens the header pane and displays the
Header and Footer toolbar.

2. Click the Switch Between Header and Footer button to get to the footer.

3. From the AutoText menu on the H&F toolbar, select "Filename and path."
