Automatic forwarding to another user account based on some logic

Is it possible to forward emails to DIFFERENT email
accounts automatically based upon the user alias on the
subject line.

The rule wizard allows forwarding emails to predefined
email address, but is there anything can be done to
forward email to user account on the subject line? Such
as a custom action or a script etc?
