automatic ISP e-mail download at startup/opening of Outlook 20acco

nI have 2 Outlook 2007 accounts. They are both set up to download my e-mails
from my ISP. ONe does it automatically on opening. However, the other one ask
for my Password each time I open it. I compared the two. Their set-ups
appear the same. I have tried everything, but I cannot get this one Outlook
account to automatically download my ISP e-mails. Why? Help!
