If you are using Exchange Server on the backend for e-
mail, you can go to 'tools' and select 'Out of Office
Assistant'.
If you are not using an Exchange server, you would need
to contact the individuals that host your mail to see if
they could send an auto-reply (as in the case of Sendmail)
for the mailbox.
