Automatic Report Sending

Hi everyone!!!!!

Just a simple question... Each monday, someone will open the application
that I have created using Access XP. Is there a way to program a function
that will print automaticly the last week sales without entering Date?

For exemple, we are monday, may 17th. Someone, this morning, will open the
application and I want the system to print the last week sales report (From
may 9th to 15th). Also, because they are many people who use the
application, I d'ont want to report to print each time someone open the
application. I think the solution will be to creat a table with the week of
the report that has been print???
