automatic send reply to contact as a cc

My co-worker and I share customers' requests through email. When I respond
to a customer's email, how do I set up Outlook to automatically send a cc to
my co-wokrer so he knows that I have taken care of that particular customer?

The Rules Wizard has an automatic CC rule action for outgoing messages.
