Automatic subject lines?

Is there a way that I can set up my outgoing messages to
automatically take the name of an attached file and insert
it into the subject line?

For example, I'm sending book1.xls to Joe, I would like to
be able to insert the workbook and then have Outlook
automatically put book1.xls into the subject line.

You can do this only when you send the book1.xls file from within Excel when
the file is open.
