Automatic Synchronize Sharepoint Services / sites

Hello together,

Question to MS Project Server 2003 SP2 and WSS

The Problem:
I need to synchronize a huge number of SharePoint Sites to gain access to
new and changed users. I don’t want to run thru all site and say
"synchronize" I guess there is a way to achieve this goal via script or
something like this.

MrSetup,

IMHO there's no really smooth way to achieve what you're struggling with.
The easiest way that I have figured out thus far is the following.

If you click the synchronize button for one page, pay close attention to the
URL bar in your IE and copy the complete URL that is displayed while the
synchronization is in progress. Paste the URL into an Excel spreadsheet
(column A). If I remember correctly the URL also includes the Project
Workspace site name or address, so remove this part of the URL. Now copy all
Project Workspace URLs into the Excel spreadsheet (column B). Finally, join
the two text strings in columns A and B in column C and make sure it's
recognized as a hyperlink. Now you can simply click all the URLs in column C,
one after another. It will still take some time to go through this but I find
it less cumbersome.

Thank you for your qick answer.
Now i am searching for a solution to read the information from the database
and automize this process every night. If i got a solution, i'll leet you

Kind regards
