Automatically connect to hyperlink

Is there an add-in or a way to have a slide connect to specified hyperlink when the slide is opened? The slide will stay open for 3 minutes and then continues with the looped slide presentation. During the 3 minutes I need a website to be visible and then close when the slide presentation continues.
