Automatically forward reminder message after so many days- is it possible

Hello,

At the moment, if i send an email to someone and after so many days i don't
have a reply, i have to forward it to them again as a reminder. Could
outlook automatically do this for me - i know there is an option to follow a
message, but i dont know if it can act to particular conditions.
