In Outlook 2003 we have created rules when a email arrives from a specific
person to be flagged for follow up and forwarded to another employee within
the office who needs to follow up in 3 days. Everything is working fine,
the message gets the flag for follow up, however there is no reminder pop up
in 3 days and ideally we need to add an automatic reminder but there is no
rule for such.
Is there a way to accomplish this since we have quite a number of these
emails arriving on a daily basis and need to be followed up on with
reminders.
