Automatically phone number form

I use to type in phone numbers like this 035XXXXX....(8 number)..and they
came out
automatically like this (XXXX) 035 XXX XX...
If i use to type in phone numbers like this 035XXXXXX....(9 number).. it
stay like that, ok

....how can i turn that back?

Whay did it come out automatically when i us 8 number but don't when i us 9
number. How do i set the dialing location.

Dialing location is an operating system setting in Control Panel > Phone and
modems...
