Automatically prefill BCC field

I would like to have a BCC email address automatically be inserted into a majority of my emails. This is so I have a copy of my sent and received emails sent to another email address - anyone have any solutions??

Have you disabled your Sent Items folder? If not, a copy of all the
correspondence you initiate will be in there.

You can create a custom form and use it for all messages, use VBA
(http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/autobcc.htm) or use rules to copy the
other address. Since you don't want every message BCC'd, rules and VBA might
be harder to configure - if you use a custom form, you can delete the
address from the bcc field if you don't want to bcc a message.
