Automatically update task in Outlook

Hi everyone,

I have assigned many tasks to other people (1 task for 1 person). I used
"Keep updated copies of assigned task...".

I know that when the task is updated, i receive Task Update email. This
email is used to update the task in my list. What i need to know, is it
possible to update tasks without opening and reading the Task Update email?
