Automation in Outlook 2003

I know that sometime after Outlook 2000 Microsoft added a security
feature that would prompt the user for input prior to Outlook sending
an email automatically. This thwarted legitimate automation of email.
I know a lot of people complained about this.

I got around it by installing Outlook 2000. Recently my hard drive
crashed and right now I've got Office XP with Outlook 2003 on it. Has
Microsoft added any workarounds for automating emails?

Properly written Outlook object model VBA code and code in published forms
will not trigger security prompts in Outlook 2003. See

The key is that all Outlook objects must be derived from the intrinsic
Application object.
