I am trying what I would think would be a simple Automator workflow to copy a named range of cells and paste the values of that range to a named range in a different sheet within the same workbook. I must be missing something basic, but could someone please point me in the direction as to how to go about doing this? I started with the action "Select Cells in Excel Workbooks" and tried different naming conventions in the Range name field, none of which work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I gave this a shot. I used these actions:

Select cells in excel workbooks
Copy Excel workbook content to the clipboard
Select cells in excel workbooks
Paste clipboard contents into excel workbooks

I had two named ranges in the workbook, and put them into the
corresponding Range name fields.

When I ran the Automator action, the first two actions executed.
However, the second attempt to select cells in the workbook failed.
