At work, we're running Outlook 2002 SP3 on an Exchange server. I've got
my computer set to request Read receipts and Delivery receipts, and to
autoprocess them when they arrive. I've told Outlook to move these to
my Deleted Items when processed. The trouble is, it seems to be hit and
miss as to when these are actually processed. Sometimes they are, and
sometimes they aren't. One pattern seems to be if they arrive and I
shut down Outlook before they are processed, then they aren't the next
time Outlook runs. I could be wrong about this, though.
Any thoughts?
