Autoresponder / Reply with specific template

I set up an outlook rule that lets me reply to a message using
specific template. I want to reply to the forms that are sent to m
from my webpage. When the form is sent to my inbox it has the user
email address in the the reply line but not the from line. This rul
only sends the template to the from line. Is there a way to send th
template to the 'reply' line
