Autosend or Autoreply functionality ???

Hello all,
Is there a way once we recive an Email to have that same
Email sent back to us at a certain time....
Example:
- We receive the Email @ 12noon....
Can we have the same Email sent back to us 2 hours later
at 2:00pm.

- We receive the Email @ 10:00am....
Can we have the same Email sent back to us 30 minutes
later at 10:30am.
