Autosize imported figures

I am importing from Telelogic's Doors into MS Word. There are graphics
(figures) within the import that carry the paragraph style "figure". The
figures are coming across as full sized and not resized within the documents
margins. Is there anyway to have Word autosize the figures so that I don't
have to do it manually each time we have to do an export?

Hi Phil,

if there are no other graphics in the document body, you could do the work
semi automatic with macro:

Dim cnt As Long
Dim act As Long


With Application.ActiveDocument
cnt = Application.ActiveDocument.InlineShapes.Count

For act = 1 To cnt
.InlineShapes(act).Height = .InlineShapes(act).Height * 0.5
.InlineShapes(act).Width = .InlineShapes(act).Width * 0.5

Next
End With

Images in the header or the footer section are not resized.
