Autostart of Outlook 2003 Professional

I have just installed Office Professional 2003 and
Outlook now starts everytime on login. I have check the
normal things like is Outlook.exe in startup, nope, also
checked with regedit in windows blah blah current
version 'run' and its not listed.

Anyone know how to stop it loading on login
automatically, you will save me going nuts !!
