Autosum not working

A user brought me a spreadsheet and said that on her
computer, and on another computer that she tried, the
autosum feature doesn't work. It used to work, but now if
she adds a number or changes a number, the feature does
not work.

The twist is, on my computer the autosum feature does
work. I can add a number or change a number, and it will
be reflected in the total.

Any ideas how to remedy this situation?

One more thing that may be of assistance:

1. If she closes out the document, and then reopens it,
the changes will appear.

Please Go to Tools, Options, Calculation and
select "Automatic" instead of "Manual".
