Autotext within a template

I have made a template for a cd cover now is mine intention that when I type
something in the textarea on de left side of the cd cover that it also comes
automatically in the textarea on the right side of the cover. I have heard
that it can be done with froms in word but I can't find any related
functions. I hope someone can help me.
