Available Schemes in PPT2003 don't always show user templates

When in an existing presentation and trying to facilitate a Format | Slide
Design, the Available for use schemes don't show the user templates. I have
used them before and they were there for a while, but don't seem to retain.

The way that function works has changed. Click on Browse at the bottom of
the Slide Design window.
