Nowhere can I find this simple issue: Does Stand alone
Outlook 2003 come with Business Contact Manager, or is it
only included whn you buy the version of Bundled Office
apps that expressly include it?

BCM is only included with Office Professional and Small Business, not with
standalone Outlook 2003.
