Hi, I'm designing a new proposal to my executives, so we can work with master
projects. I did create various subprojects, baseline them and even capture
real work, and then inserted into a master project.
Now my problem is: can I consolidate every individual baseline costs, BAC,
BCWS and BCWP into the master project?
I'm assuming that a master project should be considered as the "summary" of
all the subprojects that contains, so it must consolidate the information...
is it true? I guess that if I baseline the masterproject, all the data will
be duplicated; then, how can I analize a master project?
I'm working with MS Project 2003 Workbook (for Blue Belt Professional), but
it does not have any information about this. Where can I find more detail?
Thank you very much.
