Im absolutely New to this,& need to know and understand a
few things.
1 What is a hover button?
2 Can a hyperlink be created for a background?
3 Is there a glossary of terms & definitions avail on this

Hi,

1. A hover button is a Java Applet. I would not advise using them.

2. Not in the normal context of a hyperlink. A hyperlink should transfer you
to a new HTML document or web resource.

3. No this is a Newgroup that offer peer to peer support.
