ChatGPT told me that PowerPoint could import formatted text as slides and bullet points in PowerPoint but for the life of me I can't get it to work...
This is the format suggested by ChatGPT:
# Slide 1: Introduction to Topic
- Brief overview of the subject matter
- Importance of the topic
## Subsection 1: History
- Historical background
- Key events
### Bullet Point 1
- Details about Bullet Point 1
### Bullet Point 2
- Details about Bullet Point 2
## Subsection 2: Current State
- Present situation
- Recent developments

# Slide 2: Key Concepts
- Explanation of important terms
- Definitions
## Subsection 1: Concept 1
- Description of Concept 1
### Bullet Point A
- Details about Bullet Point A
### Bullet Point B
- Details about Bullet Point B
## Subsection 2: Concept 2
- Description of Concept 2

However when I paste this into PowerPoint it just puts it all on one slide unless past it into a document then create a new slide from outline in which case it puts every line on a new slide.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? Or did ChatGPT lie to me and this isn't possible at all??
