Background color change on exit of records on continuous form

I'm using a continuous form and about 5 records are visible at a time. As a
user is finishing one record and moving to the next I'd like a way to change
the color of the completed record so that the bottom (unfinished) record is a
unique color from the completed records above. Is there a way to do that?
