I want to set a standard background (companylogo) to all my outgoing emails (outlook 2003). Is this possible??

Sure, you want to know what stationery is. Try taking a look under \Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery for some ideas on how to
create a HTML document that can be used for such a purpose.
