Background letter appears as attachment

Hi all,
Can anybody please help with this long lasting problem:
I have inserted my company logo as a background letter in Outlook 2003. When I send E-mail with Outlook 2003, the Company logo appears as an attachment to the E-mail when received by my recipients.
How do I insert a background letter which can be seen straight, and not as an attachment ??

You'll have to send your message in HTML format and hope that your recipient
uses a mail client that supports HTML messages.
