Backing up Disk

I have been trying to make back ups of my Office disk. A
few files It won't let me copy, I think due to scratches.
Is there a link to get these indivual files. For instance
from disk one I need PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE\1033\ Missing
Vbawrd9.aw
