Backing up Emails

How do I back up received Emails onto CD. I am using microsoft office 2003,
and XP home.

burn your pst or ost files into cdr, typically those pst/ost file located at
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
