Backup and Restore on Business Contact Manager

I have begun using Business Contact Manager. I'm very
happy with it, but I'm not sure which files I need to add
to my daily backups to ensure that I will be able to
restore this, and my outlook email messages, calendar,
etc.

Does anyone know the complete list of files for this?

Sorry, but not true.

Business Contact Manager does not use a *.pst file.

In BMC, see Menu: File/Business Database/Backup

There is a small "help" article at this dialog box marked by a "?"
bottom left corner.
