Backup - Archive from Outlook in native format, not pst

I have a customer who wants to backup email from outlook, preserving the
..zip or .pdf format attachments. I know you can archive from the file menu,
but that is a ,pst format, which can only be opened from within Outlook.

I'm familiar with Express Archive for ONE - is there a similar tool / add-on
for Outlook?
